Filia Luxury Apartments

Very nice apartment close to Nea Chora beach. The owner was great, very friendly and helpful. It is easy to walk to the beach and relatively easy to walk to the center. The TVs have Netflix and local channels and the washing machine is welcome. Very nice balcony as well

Overall nothing much to say, but just note that it is not a very big apartment so if you are three or more you may feel a little cramped. We were three and it was still alright though.

The location is excellent! Just 2 min walk from the beach and nice restaurants. The accommodation is very clean and comfortable, with many appliances. Especially appreciated some food treats, which basically had our breakfasts covered! The host is very nice, responsive and flexible!

The apartment is excellently located: just a few minutes to the Nea Chora Beach and within a leisurely 15-minute walk to the old town and the Venetian port. The appearance and content of the apartment match the description on the website. Very nice and responsive hosts, who were always available to assist us during our stay.

Location - just a few minutes to the beach and restaurants and 10 minutes walk to city centre, very friendly host, cleanliness, very solid internet connection.

In close proximity of beach, restaurants and old town Chania. Our host Eirni was extremely helpful, generous and just an exeptional host.

The apartment is really nice, clean, spacious, includes everything from a big fridge, to an oven and all kitchen equipment. The owner was very nice and sweet to welcome us with a bottle of wine, fruits, juice, bread and breakfast food (which is not included) and to upgrade our apartment to have a better sea view!! There’s a private parking space which is great in Chania (it’s busy with cars) and the apartment is minutes walking to the beach where u find really good restaurants and vibes! It’s around 15min walk to the old town, in the same time in a quiet area. I would highlyyyy recommend staying there if you are willing to go to Chania!

All was perfect honestly

It’s location was perfect as it was very close to the lovely beach as well as the amazing Venetian old port of Chania. The apartment was very modern will all the facilities to enjoy an excellent holiday as well as lots of outstanding provisions. Eirini, the host, was wonderful in every sense; she was great for local advice, very friendly and polite as well as responding to any requests made.

The location was perfect for us. In a residential area, 2 minutes walk to beautiful safe beach and a number of quality restaurants/bars. Also within a 10 to 15 minute walk to the Old town. Perfect. The apartment was superb, everything you need and more. Communication with the hosts was very good. Parking available at the apartments Would I stay again? - Yes Would I recommend Filia Luxury apartments - Yes :-)

As it is in a residential area there is a certain amount of local traffic.

Great location. One block off the water and a 10 minute walk to the old town. Apartment was clean, modern and comfortable. Rena is a great host. She is very responsive and had great recommendations. The apartment has a private parking spot which is very convenient.
