Lovely apartment nice and clean looked after by two lovely ladies just couldn't grumble on cleanliness only problem was towels wasn't changed often enough and the loud noise from the road sounded like a racing track at times not the owners fault the man across the road who seemed to be running the apartments was so helpful a real gent its about 20min walk to the beach as stated 2 supermarkets across the road for everything you need it's about 10min walk up the racing track sorry I mean road to the bars and restaurants but there is pavement the people who run it are really nice and helpful would I stay again? I would live there if that traffic issue didn't exist.

This accommodation is spotlessly clean and well maintained by two lovely women. The kitchen, unusually for Greece boasts a toaster, microwave and toastie maker and the usual assortment of miss matched crockery and cutlery. There is a supermarket right opposite as is the bus stop. However as it is situated on a busy main road into Tsilivi it’s incredibly noisy, not surprising given its location. The rooms are outside of the main town and a good twenty minutes walk to the very busy crowded beach area which is mainly covered by row upon row of sun beds. There are plenty of tavernas selling extremely good food at reasonable prices but again mainly on the main road through the resort and noisy. Would we come again, no, we prefer a quieter more traditional Greek holiday with a good nights sleep in a quiet location.

stayed recently here couldn't fault it at all clean and tidy not too far from town, free wifi in room for those that cant live without it, small kitchen to make snacks etc, sandras bar next door for a couple of drinks, 2 cleaners very friendly would recommend petros hotel across the road with pool, alreay booked to go back in 2 weeks says it all really

We have been travelling to Tsilivi for many years and we had always discussed trying out the Tsiolis accommodation. The room was cleaned daily by friendly cleaning staff, it had basic cooking facilities which we had no intention of using anyway and a nice balcony for a drink before going out for the evening. The apartment was very basic but exactly what we expected so nothing to complain about. We got what we paid for which is perfectly fine.

The surroundings of these apartments are fabulous and only being a 10 minute walk from the centre of tsilivi they are perfectly situated. However, as a party of 3 including a teenager who has now left school, the room was small and not really functional for 3 adults! It needs a good lick of paint (very dowdy) and there were 3 beds side by side in a small space which made it difficult to move around the room comfortably. We were placed in Block A, and when making the booking were advised a Double Studio - this was most certainly not a double studio. We mentioned it to the Rep who said there was no point in complaining as they had no where else to move us. The kitchen area was just about standing - really needs replacing, and the utensils for Self Catering where appalling - only 2 of everything (there were 3 of us) which were all dirty and you absolutely would not be able to self cater properly here as the hob was literally a free standing hot plate. The bathroom flooded every time we showered and we had to mop it up with a communal mop supplied for all the apartments to share. We were supposed to have clean towels and sheets regularly.The sheets weren't changed at all and the towels only twice because we left them on the floor in a heap. The new towels smelt of fried food - so not really particularly pleasant. The cleaner did not clean the room in the entire week that we were there which to be honest was our biggest issue as our feet were filthy and we ended up having to wear our shoes all of the time whilst indoors. This is such a shame as it really wouldn't take much to improve Block A of these apartments - mainly a lick of paint and employ a good team of cleaners. We had the use of the pool over the road at Petros which was superb - very quiet with a bar / food area and all staff there were really helpful! We booked with Olympic (who actually are a really good travel company) and got this holiday cheaply, but these small things would've made the holiday so much better. This will not stop us returning to Zante, as we are in love with the island and it's people and Tsilvi is a wonderful resort.

We booked through Olympic holidays as a last minute break. Have been to Tsilivi several times and always use Olympic. Have never been disappointed with any part of our holidays i.e. Flights, accommodation or the reps, everything had been as described. The Tsiolis did not disappoint either. Yes the floor gets wet when you have a shower and the kitchen equipment isn't that great but it's usable. The room safe was free and so was the wifi, the rooms had hair dryers and a shelf full of books, nice touches for a 2* studio. The cleaners Tania and Mimosa were lovely ladies who worked hard and always spoke to you. Sandra's bar was great for breakfast and drinks, run by lovely helpful people and the super market opposite was run by a lovely lady and had everything you needed. Yes it is a 10 minute walk to the main part of town but it's all flat so not really a problem. We were a party of 5 in our 50s 60s and an 82 year old and e had a wonderful time. Would we go back? Yes definitely!
