Kastro Villas

The best location and views, lots of space and everything you need to forget about all the problems in the world. This is the place that warms you with pleasant memories on rainy evenings and long winter nights. Very nice and caring hosts. Cute cats and dogs.

I really love this place and the hospitable hosts but maybe it's time to add new textiles and linens.

Konum manzara ve olanaklar iyiydi. Çalışanlar çok yardımsever ve güler yüzlüydü. Mekan temiz ve düzenliydi

Manzarası ve sessiz olması. İlgili çalışanlar. (Tesise verdiğim 7 puan çalışan Popi'nin ilgi ve alakasinin üst düzey olması, her konuda yardımımiza koştu)

Ulaşımı çok zor. (Araç ile çıkmak oldukça zahmetli, dar yollardan ilerleyip toprak yola geçiş ve sonunda dik ve virajlı bir rampa var) Ahşap merdivenler çok ses yapıyor. (Özellikle çocuklu aileler için gece uykudan uyandırma yapabilir) Odalarda böcek ve sinek var. (Camlarda sineklik yoktu, farklı türde böcekler gördük) Gece ışıklandırması yetersiz. (Araç park yerinde sensörlü lambalar var ama gece eve donuslerde oldukca yetersiz) Çok fazla evcil ve evcil olmayan hayvan var.(Ne yazikki başıma talihsiz bir kaza geldi. Çalışanların evinin içinden aniden üzerime doğru büyük bir köpek saldırdı. Tek tesellim köpeğin bana saldırmış olması, çocuklara saldırmis olsaydı kötü sonuclanabilirdi.

Het uitzicht was mooi en super aardige gastvrouw.

Het douchegordijn is te kort waardoor de hele badkamer nat wordt. Daarnaast is de airco onvoldoende om het hele huisje te koelen. Appartement ligt op een berg, wandelen naar het dorp is zeker meer dan 15 minuten lopen en terug is het heuvel op.

Ubytování perfektní, vybavenost kuchyňky taky, pokud něco chybělo, stačilo říct majiteli a hned dodal. Na uvítanou děti dostali meloun, nějaké ovoce bylo už v ubytování připraveno. I přes dřívější příjezd nebyl problém se ubytovat. Prakticky bylo vše jak na fotkách. V průběhu pobytu se o nás majitel staral, občas jsme dostali něco typicky řeckého, večer před odjezdem pak děti koblihy.

Trochu doladit by chtěl sprchový kout a tvrdost postelí, ale v tomto každému vyhovuje něco jiného.

En oas av harmoni Vi hade en fantastisk vistelse på Kastro Villas i Samos och kan varmt rekommendera boendet. Platsen erbjöd en makalös utsikt över havet, som verkligen bidrog till en avkopplande atmosfär. Poolområdet var stort, fräscht och ofta privat, vilket var en stor bonus. De underbara vindruvsträden gav inte bara välbehövlig skugga utan även läckra frukter att njuta av. Det som verkligen gjorde vår vistelse speciell var de otroligt trevliga och hjälpsamma värdarna, i synnerhet Popy, hennes kusin, bror och svägerska. Deras gästfrihet och familjära bemötande fick oss att känna oss som hemma. Boendet hölls dessutom oklanderligt rent med städning två gånger i veckan, vilket uppskattades enormt. Kastro Villas är verkligen en familjär och traditionell plats på vad vi tycker är Greklands finaste ö.

Några mindre saker som hade kunnat förbättra vistelsen ytterligare var tillgång till en tvättmaskin samt ett något större kylskåp. Vägen upp till boendet var otroligt vacker, men på grund av de nyligen brända backarna var den samtidigt lite utmanande att ta sig fram på. Trots dessa små punkter rekommenderar vi Kastro Villas varmt till alla som söker en genuin och avkopplande upplevelse på Samos.

Absolutley spectacular location with a panorama view of the ocean from the pool area and the studio. Situated 8-10 min walk from town, it’s an oasis of calm. Good-sized pool with plenty of areas with shade when it got too hot. Aslanis and his family made our stay extra pleasant. They brought us freshly cooked food and cakes several times(!). The two-levelled studio is spacious with AC on the top floor and big fans on the ground floor. When we arrived the fridge had been stocked with bottled water, wine, some breakfast food and coffee, which was very much appreaciated. Even if the studio is probably in need of a smaller update, we must say that overall it was very good value for our money, we hope to be back some day, many thanks!

We won’t complain about the tough hike up the the hill to the studio (which really shouldn’t come as a surprise for anyone who books this hotel!), although it would have been nice if the finally part of the road had been flatened somehow, as medium to large stones made it extra difficult bring up the baby stroller. The unused bar area by the pool was a bit weird, as it was used as a makeshift storage space for all kinds of tools, nails and chemicals for the pool. This wasn’t a problem for us, but for guests with kids who runs around a lot, this is a potential safety hazard. It should be easy to fix! Finally, it would have been nice if the hotel offered to sell 6-packs of water bottles, as it wasn’t the most enjoyable part of our holiday to bring 9 liters of water up the hill daily … :)
