The ladscape and few people of the staff are very good and amazing.

Absolutely not value the money! Way too expensive for the services offered. When there is a rainy day, be ready as there’s nothing to do and the staff won’t offer any activity. There is not even nice music or some type of entertaining. This is place is not kids free as nothing is thought for kids, no activities, no guarderie, not even a play zone… It is a very basic place with absolutely basic services. Boring staff who will come to your table each 5 minutes while you’re eating or having a coffee. Huge lack of communication among the staff. All the important information are missing as there is no proper check in or onboarding. You discover “bad” surprises little by little … They will try to steal your money by one way or another. Definitely not worth the money. There are many Resorts out there for the same price or a little big higher, yet with an outstanding service.

This hotel is amazing not just it's facilities but it's surroundings. The water is so clear you can see many type of fiches and sea animals as sharks, mantas, needle fish and so on. The people is lovely, and I want to say that thanks to the hospitality of Shamak from relationship staff, Adam from House keeping and Paulo from buffet everything was lovely. The rooms are gorgeous! And all has amazing views. Food is unbelievable. Definitely my best hotel

it was everything we could ever have imagined.. from the food, to the staff, to our room to the view. simply extraordinary ! We also had a family emergency during our stay and the staff went above and beyond to assist us. highly recommend !!!
