Very nice accomodation, modern with all you need inside. Very clean and confortable. Very close to the few wonderfull beaches with so beautiful sea water and close to the very good restaurants. Antonis help you with all you need and answer at all questions you have and recomande you the best restaurants place. That you Antonis for all!

We chose Xenios Dias as our summer destination second year in a row which speaks for itself. As expected, everything was perfect! If you're looking for an apartment that can host a family of four then look no more. It ticks all of our boxes: comfortable & well-equiped, close to the beach, easy bus connection to the city center, grocery store nearby, great restaurants in the area, terrace with a sea view, reliable wi-fi. Nothing that will spoil your overall experience.

It is a very modern apartment, tastefully decorated and close to 3 child friendly beaches. The kitchen was fully equipped and the tap water was drinkable.

Due to being close to the street/parking it can be a bit noisy in the evening.

Everything to the superlative! Location, Tony, the apartment. We'll come back for sure :)

Very well located in close proximity (2 minutes on foot) of two different beaches. Two more are a bit farther away, but still walking distance away. A few decent places to eat nearby - hotel restaurants and tavernas.

Everything was perfect. The home, the building, the staff and the location. It was fully equipped with everything you need and very clean. It was just 2 min walk from the beach and there were restaurants and shops nearby.

Fabulous apartment and location. Just a few minutes to 3 great sandy bays/beaches with sunbeds and tavernas on each. 2 small supermarkets within a couple of minutes walk. We had Apt 6 which was very spacious and exceptionally clean. Lots of extras provided including bathroom toiletries and kitchen necessities. Lovely big walk in shower and even a washing machine. Large private patio accessed by steps from the apartment. Antonios, the Manager, was very helpful and we only had to message him if we needed change of linen/towels etc. highly recommended and cannot wait to return.

The location was splendid. The apartment had a large balcony/terrace with an amazing view to the beach that was very close by. The interior was exactly like in the pictures. It is the building closest to the beach. It is also near a bus stop, for number 21 bus that takes you directly to Chania, and it also has a huge parking lot just outside the apartment. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcomed. For these reasons, I would highly recommend the place to anyone who wants to have an amazing and relaxing time in Crete.

Communication with Antonis was excellent before and during our stay. The apartment was beautifully designed and very comfortable. It had everything you could possibly need even down to coffee and washing capsules. Lots of restaurants close by and three good beaches

Only down side for us, was the very busy and noisy road when sitting outside in evening. But once inside with doors shut not a problem. Obviously not a lot Tony could do about that if he could he would.Thank you for a great holiday e
