10/10 Very friendly and super helpful host. Spacious, beautiful and clean apartment. Exceptionally well equipped kitchen. Very large and comfortable bed, I had the best sleep in years! Excellent location, just two minutes walk to the beautiful sandy beach. Plenty of space to park your car. Many restaurants around with delicious food. I could go on and on praising this place! Highly recommend!

Antonis was a very nice, courteous and professional host. Apt was new, clean and was well placed for the beach. We would gladly visit again!

Really friendly and welcoming host that helped us find really good food and places to see. A Georgeous apartment close to the beach. We were here with a baby and they provided a highchair and a bassinet. Everything was perfect and I definitely recommend it .

Gorgeous views from the apartment which was absolutely complete in every aspect. Really spacious place, comfy bed and sofa, nice kitchen with supplies and filtered water, ample parking spaces, etc. Also, an absolutely pleasant host who came to meet us and bid us farewell, and remained at our disposal throughout our stay. Will definitely be choosing this apartment the next time in Chania.

Xenios Dias Luxury Apartments is everything you could ask for in a vacation rental – and more! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and cared for. The property is modern, beautifully designed. It’s the ideal choice for a luxurious yet comfortable stay, whether you’re visiting for a few days or planning a longer vacation. The apartment is spacious, tastefully and thoughtfully furnished, and equipped with everything you need. The kitchen is fully stocked with modern appliances, including a coffee machine and toaster, making it perfect for self-catering. The living area is cozy yet stylish, with a large flat-screen TV. Every detail has been considered. The whole place was very clean and well-maintained. It really felt like a luxury home away from home. The location is fantastic. The apartment is just a 1-minute walk from two beautiful beaches. Even at the end of October, there were still people relaxing on the beach and enjoying the sea. There are two large supermarkets nearby, so shopping for groceries was very easy, and there are lots of tavernas within walking distance. Even though it was the end of the season, some of the tavernas were still open, and we enjoyed delicious local food. The center of Chania is only a 20-minute drive, but there’s also a bus stop right in front of the property if you don’t want to drive. The owner is absolutely wonderful! He greeted us when we arrived in the evening, recommended a great place for dinner, and gave us tips on the best places to eat and explore during our stay. On our last night, we were amazed by his kindness – at midnight, he went to pick up some guests whose car had broken down! He really goes above and beyond to make sure everyone has a great stay. We can’t wait to come back during the summer season and stay here again. If you’re looking for a modern, comfortable, and well-located place to this is the perfect choice. the apartment owner is soooo kind. actually our can was bronken down on the first day, we thougbt we would sleep in the car cuz we couldn't drive it and the rescue team didn't come. BUT ! when we said that to the owner, he came and drove us back to the apartment at almost midnight 😭😭😭 it is so kind of him , we really appreciate that ! also the apartment has everything , we feel like home . it is also near supermarket that you can buy food for cooking . it is very clean, safe, and lovely !
