"Huge apartment, close to city center, taxi stop, and 10 minute walk to central bus station for Knossos."

Location, size for a family, water pressure and heat, coffee, kitchen, communication, easy check-in

Minor thing: the top bunk guard rail was somewhat unsafe, just needs to be attached to the bed frame.

The hosts were extremely reactive - I literally received an email from them with clear instructions 30min after booking the apartment. They were friendly, helpful and available for any request.

Nothing to complain about - it was all perfectly clean, organised (Wi-Fi details written down in the table as well as Taxi number, ways in the fridge and lots of equipment I the apartment)

The place is really nicely furnished and super clean. The apartment is very bright and pleasant to stay in, plus ideal location next to town center. The host is very kind, available and helpful, you can talk to him any time and he is quick to respond when you send a message.
