Pebbles of Kioni

Everything about the accommodation and location was excellent. If we were going to stay for more than 7 days (we stayed for 3 nights), we would have chosen a larger room. Tim was extremely helpful and friendly. We unfortunately did not get the opportunity to meet Sue.

Kioni is a very very charming town with happy people, good food and crystal clear blue waters. Beautiful beaches and walks. The hosts have made a beautiful accommodation

They need to provide more in terms of wine glasses. Cork screw and cups and saucers. For the price I would include a few extras It was very awkward arriving with heavy luggage up many stairs

Everything. A really friendly welcome, Sue and Tim are great hosts, shared lots of information, friendly but not in anyway intrusive. The apartment is really well located with lovely views over the village and the harbour, easy walk to places to access the sea (Ithaca probably not the place for you if you want to lie on the beach all day as many of the beaches are accessible only by boat. Kioni has several tiny little inlets down steps or paths, it’s a lovely place to swim from) and only a minute to tavernas. There’s a supermarket, a great bakers, 4 or 5 tavernas and a few snack bars all within a 5 minute walk and the harbour is so pretty. Electric bikes and motorboats can be hired through the brothers that run the shop. The property itself had everything we needed, it was spotlessly clean, simply but beautifully decorated. We loved the little touches like curtain poles that were driftwood. Beds were comfortable, shower was great, balcony was great for watching the world go by with a glass of something chilled.
