Pebbles of Kioni

Great location, minutes away from harbour bars and restaurants. Peaceful in May. Nice little coves to bathe in, recommend by hosts.

Room was dark. Noisy birds first thing, double glazing would have helped

Tim and Sue are very nice. Location is unbeatable - very convenient, right in town and lovely view. Good air-con and very nice, modern bathroom. Having a little kitchen was a bonus. Drying rack for beach clothes also very handy.

The only negative is the night noise from the bar below. Its pretty substantial.

Excellent location!! Sue and Tim were incredibly hospitable. They had excellent communication.

Everything was excellent - sadly our room didn’t have an air conditioner, but they still kindly provided us with a fan and de humidifier

In a stunning location

Too small, we would have liked a larger outdoor seating area. I should have read the description!

Tim and Sue were really helpful from the beginning, carrying our bags and giving hints and tips about Kioni and in general. The room is clean, spacious, nicely decorated and well equipped for a short stay, just a minute walk from the local supermarket, bakery, restaurants and bars. And the bed was excellent! I would absolutely recommend Pebbles, no second thoughts.

No aircon.

The owners have done a fantastic job of retaining the feel of a typical Greek property but in a very creative and stylish way. We really appreciated the modern bathroom with its walk-in shower, the beds and bedding were very good and the views from the balcony into the beautiful village of Kioni were great.

I can’t think of anything we didn’t like. The property more than met our expectations.
