"The best place to stay in Kioni"

A lovely property in the heart of Kioni . Spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished . Downstairs bedroom with lovely courtyard was incredibly spacious and first floor room had a balcony . The courtyard downstairs was large enough for the 4 of us to sit and enjoy a drink. Tim and Sue kindly lent us some more chairs and beach mats too . Lovely to meet them and we will be back !

An amazing location . Very convenient to restaurants and beaches but quiet and beautiful . Tim and Sue are lovely hosts and made our stay really pleasant. The room was simple but very nice and a good modern bathroom.

Beautiful decorated rooms with a nice view. Very clean Perfect location .Sue and Tim are the perfect hosts . They take care of everything making sure we had a good time. Our room had a tiny balcony but was just perfect to relax. We will come back for sure

A hairdryer and a coffee machine could be a good idea ( just a suggestion )

Pebbles of Kioni is gem located smack in middle of the most beautiful town of Ithaca. Great bars, cafes and restaurants walking distance and 2 pretty beaches within walking distance. Modern comfortable room decorated tastefully and a gorgeous view of the town. Tim was such a gracious host and he made our stay very comfortable. Bed was so comfy! Would go there again!

"Lovely stay at Pebbles in Kioni"

Lovely warm welcome from Tim and Sue. They had kindly got the apartment ready so we were able to check in early. Lovely modern bathroom, all very clean and beds very comfortable. Right in the heart of Kioni so everything you need is just a stroll away.

Apartment was on top floor and balcony a bit narrow, so not great for my vertigo, but we were a last minute booking. Just avoid this issue by booking early and requesting a lower apartment.

"4 days too short. Kioni offers so much on your doorstep to enjoy. Hope to return."

Tim and Sue very helpful and friendly. Location is perfect, close to fabulous beaches and restaurants and shops.
