spacious, lovely apartment 10 mins walk from 2 quiet beaches, spotlessly clean, lovely owners

it’s very close to a bar that has frequent loud music late at night (like 3,4am) so take ear plugs. also would have liked a coffee maker of some kind in the room

We spent a relaxing week in wonderful Kioni, Tim and Sue were very welcoming and helpful hosts. The location is great, right next to the famous port, parking is just a few walking minutes away. We felt comfortable as the apartment was spacious, nicely decorated and well equipped. They even installed an extra curtain for me which is highly appreciated. Thank you, Tim and Sue and will be happy to visit again when in Kioni!

Some noise from the bar is inevitable in this location.

We had a wonderful time at Pebbles of Kioni. Sue and Tim are great hosts. The ground floor appartment is great, very comfortable and really nice decorated. We would love to stay here again!!

"Perfect location to discover Kioni you can walk ten minutes to a great beach which has a great canopy run Taverna."

Amazing location and the right amount of service without being too in your face. Friendly and a great couple who have put energy and pride into their cute little properly.

A minor issue but our apartment door key was a little annoying due to heat wouldn't open quickly.

Sue and Tim were lovely hosts, very helpful and always up for a nice chat! The room has everything you need and Kioni was such a beautiful part of Ithaca. The apartment was also so centrally located in Kioni and there was a very cute cafe just underneath. Would definitely return in the future at the drop of a hat! Couldn't recommend it more highly.

Honestly there wasn't anything not to like! Again, the place, hosts and location were fantastic. The only thing I will say is you will need transport (eg car or scooter) to get around the island but that isn't even an issue just a tip!
