Mira was very helpful. Willing to help us with anything we needed. Very friendly and polite. The space was very comfortable, spacious, everything was spotlessly clean and you could find everything you needed for your stay. The location was perfect and the balcony was amazing. I highly recommend it.

Kallisti Stone House is an unique place in a fantastic location. Everything is just steps away, and the roof terrace is stunning. Mira has been a great host, and the house was equipped with many amenities (fruits, coffee, drinks, etc). Thank you Mira for letting us stay longer at our leaving day.

Everything was as described and perfect for us.

"For us it was fine. We enjoyed our stay."

Location was ideal for us. The apartment's glory is its roof terrace with views to sea and mountains. Having breakfast and a nightcap there or reading during the day was wonderful. It's well-shaded and well-equipped. Mira was very helpful, letting us stay late on departure day. The bed was comfortable.

It would benefit from a better-equipped kitchen. There's no oven or even a microwave so you could only prepare salads and cold food at best. The bathroom looks a bit tired and the lack of a stand-up shower is a pain. Important to know that this apartment would not be suitable for young children: 50+ steps from ground level to kitchen and roof terrace and yawning gaps everywhere for children to fall through. Lack of comfortable seating in the living/dining room is not ideal.

The apartment was in a perfect location to explore Old Town. It was easy to find and accommodations were comfortable and clean. We loved the rooftop terrace! Mira also had everything we might need as a family traveling abroad: snacks, wine, bathrobes, soaps, etc. She made a beautiful book that detailed places to visit and things to do in Chania! She was very responsive and even waited outside to help us find a place to park our rented car upon arrival!

There are a lot of steps/levels since it is a tall and narrow building. If you have trouble walking that could be a problem, but wasn’t for us.
