A beautiful apartment in the heart of Chania with a large outdoor lounge area. The apartment has everything you could need for your vacation. Private parking is available in front of the apartment, which is very convenient in the city center. Vivian is a very kind and helpful owner. Best regards, Krzysztof and Joanna.

The best facility for us was the large sitting out area ,which we used every day. The apartment was in an excellent location, very clean and spacious for two people. Vivian was an excellent host , who clearly enjoys what she does , we arrived late in the evening and were happy to receive the local spinach pie along with a bottle of wine ,some milk and local yoghurt.

The hot water could be an issue in poor weather, because it’s a solar system.

The place was beautiful and spacious, Vivian was so helpful and friendly. We loved the patio and the bed was so comfortable. Location was great too, only 5 mins away from the bus stop.

Only issue was we kept running out of hot water when the weather was cloudy (I guess in Greece they get heat for their water from the sun), so I couldn't ever fill up the jacuzzi with only warm water, it would get very cold halfway full. But thats likely not Vivians and probably just a Greece thing

The apartment is a 15 minute walk from the old port. There is a parking space on the drive. It is furnished to a high standard and spotlessly clean. The host Vivian met us and gave us a tour of the apartment and some tips for things to see and places to eat. There was a bottle of wine and a cake for us and the kitchen was well-stocked with cooking basics like oil and vinegar and tea and coffee. We put a wash on, but the machine had a problem, so Vivian took our washing and had it laundered and redelivered to us. The garden is very pretty - with a jacuzzi bath, though unfortunately, we weren't able to make use of it due the poor weather and a saharan dust storm! We would definitely book here again if we return to Chania.

The villa was stunning! It had everything we needed for a very comfortable 6 night stay in Chania. Bed was big & comfy and we loved the shutters to keep the room dark. There is a fully equipped kitchen/diner area including kettle, coffee machine and dishwasher. Vivian, our host, told us everything we needed to know on arrival and made sure we were welcomed and was always available for questions. The parking was right outside and meant we could make day trips, helped again by our host's guidance of which sights and beaches to visit at the time of year (we travelled in October). The hot-tub and lovely outdoor space was an added bonus and meant we had somewhere calm and private to relax if we wanted to be outdoors but away from the bustle of the city. The location is great, an easy 10 mins stroll to the harbour with fantastic restaurants (recommended by our lovely host) and everything we needed was nearby - pharmacy, super market and bakery all within 5 min walk.

Our stay was fantastic and there's nothing we can think of that could be improved! We'd recommend wearing insect-repellent in the outdoor area as our only annoyance was mosquitos. The apartment has insect nets on all windows though to keep them out.
