J&V Luxury Suites

Vivian the owner met us on arrival and showed us around explaining everything. The suite has coffee, wine, cake, biscuits jam and butter on arrival. Beach towels are available if required, the outside area is quite shaded perfect for anyone wanting to avoid the sun, sunbathing at certain times of day would be possible but we are beach people so went to Chrisi Akti beach each day. The bedding and towels are changed each week at a time to suit, an extra bottle of wine was also left in the refrigerator. The jacuzzi was great after a day at the beach. Vivian came to say goodbye on the last day and gave us a wonderful gift to take home. You can walk to the old town in under 10 minutes so everything is on the doorstep including lots of bakeries and coffee shops Vivian has huge knowledge of the area but it was our 3rd visit to Chania so wasn't required but helpful if visiting for the first time. This is the largest and most comfortable/spacious property we have stayed in within Chania We have booked for September 2026.

Nothing really (possibly less shaded areas in the garden so more sunshine is available, but that's my personal preference)

Sehr hübsches, mit Liebe eingerichtetes Appartement! Sehr sauber mit einer grossen Terrasse. Perfekte Lage mit Parkplatz vor der Tür und in Gehdistanz in die Altstadt. Sehr ruhig. Vivian hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und verabschiedet. Sie ist sehr hilfsbereit und immer zur Stelle!

Vivian e John sono persone eccezionali. La loro Suite è dotata di tutto. Arrivati, Vivien ci ha fatto trovare, acqua, vino e succo di frutta già freddi in frigo e pronti per l'uso e un dolce se avevamo fame. Non ci sono parole per descrivere la gentilezza di Vivien e John e l'accuratezza della loro Suite e la comodità della loro Jacuzzi.... Assolutamente da provare!!!

Η σουίτα πρόσφερε μια μοναδική εμπειρία διαμονής. Ήταν κομψή, άνετη και ιδανική για χαλάρωση. Οι παροχές ήταν υψηλού επιπέδου, ο χώρος ευρύχωρος και προσεγμένος μέχρι την τελευταία λεπτομέρεια. Ξεπέρασε κάθε προσδοκία μας. Οι ιδιοκτήτες ήταν εξαιρετικοί – ευγενικοί, εξυπηρετικοί και με προσωπικό ενδιαφέρον για την άνεσή μας. Από την άφιξη μέχρι την αναχώρηση, μας έκαναν να νιώσουμε σαν στο σπίτι μας!!!!

We spend one week at J&V Luxury Suites and it was one of the best location i have booked, starting with Vivian, a fantastic person, the communication was fluent since the beginning, she asked multiple questions to insure that we will not miss anything in the apartment, especially with our daughter, then she welcome us in person and advise us all the thing to now about Chania (location, addresses, what to do..) and she gave us more material for the beach (snorkeling, chairs, accessories for the baby), and the best thing, she tell us good by personally and with gift for the family and also for the baby. for the apartment, a very beautiful home with all the thing available, we were like at home, there is a big terrasse with a big table, chair to chill, deckchair, and a good jacuzzi . It is located in the center of the city (5 to 10 minutes walk to the venetian port), a quite street with all the necessary things available (bakery, restaurant..). In conclusion, it was a wonderful stay, and the next tri to Chania will be for sure will be there, i recommend highly this hotel.

Vivian met us at the door when we arrived and showed us around the property, gave us lots of recommendations for our stay. Felt very comfortable and relaxed, perfect location. Loads of little personal touches which really made this property and pleasant location. Dedicated car park spot outside made it very convenient. Everything you could possible need is supplied, such as beach umbrellas, beach bags, beach towels, toiletries, etc.

Everything was perfect.
