Puedes poner algo así: Nuestra estancia fue excelente. El alojamiento estaba súper bien, súper equipado con todo tipo de utensilios, no le faltaba absolutamente de nada. Vivian, la propietaria, fue encantadora desde el primer momento: nos guardó una plaza de parking justo en la entrada para nuestra llegada, nos enseñó el apartamento y tuvo un montón de detalles con nosotros, incluso nos dejó un bizcocho casero de bienvenida. Y otra cosa que nos encantó es que tuviera mosquiteras para evitar la entrada de mosquitos y bichos. Además, nos dejó un libro con recomendaciones de playas, restaurantes y lugares para visitar, que nos fue de muchísima ayuda durante el viaje. También estuvo disponible por WhatsApp en todo momento para resolver cualquier duda o problema que pudiera surgir. Tuvimos un percance con una lámpara y al día siguiente ya estaba arreglado y eso que era domingo. Así que muy agradecidos. La ubicación también es muy buena, a unos 10 minutos del centro andando. La tele cuenta con netflix.

El único punto negativo que diría por decir algo, fue el servicio de limpieza. Estuvimos 5 noches y solo pasaron a hacer la cama y cambiar las toallas una vez. No supuso un problema importante, pero habría sido de agradecer una mayor frecuencia, puesto que ya que estás de vacaciones te gusta no tener que hacer nada. Tampoco sé si hubiera habido posibilidad de pagar algo más por el servicio.

Impeccably clean and well-maintained. It is equipped with everything you need. Overall a cheerful and welcoming space, and the hosts are incredibly kind and gracious.

A beautiful apartment in the heart of Chania with a large outdoor lounge area. The apartment has everything you could need for your vacation. Private parking is available in front of the apartment, which is very convenient in the city center. Vivian is a very kind and helpful owner. Best regards, Krzysztof and Joanna.

The best facility for us was the large sitting out area ,which we used every day. The apartment was in an excellent location, very clean and spacious for two people. Vivian was an excellent host , who clearly enjoys what she does , we arrived late in the evening and were happy to receive the local spinach pie along with a bottle of wine ,some milk and local yoghurt.

The hot water could be an issue in poor weather, because it’s a solar system.

The place was beautiful and spacious, Vivian was so helpful and friendly. We loved the patio and the bed was so comfortable. Location was great too, only 5 mins away from the bus stop.

Only issue was we kept running out of hot water when the weather was cloudy (I guess in Greece they get heat for their water from the sun), so I couldn't ever fill up the jacuzzi with only warm water, it would get very cold halfway full. But thats likely not Vivians and probably just a Greece thing

The apartment is a 15 minute walk from the old port. There is a parking space on the drive. It is furnished to a high standard and spotlessly clean. The host Vivian met us and gave us a tour of the apartment and some tips for things to see and places to eat. There was a bottle of wine and a cake for us and the kitchen was well-stocked with cooking basics like oil and vinegar and tea and coffee. We put a wash on, but the machine had a problem, so Vivian took our washing and had it laundered and redelivered to us. The garden is very pretty - with a jacuzzi bath, though unfortunately, we weren't able to make use of it due the poor weather and a saharan dust storm! We would definitely book here again if we return to Chania.
