Жилището има потенциал, но лошо се стопанисва. Огромни тераси в сянката на бор.

Климатиците не работят, душовете не работят и мръсните кърпи не бяха подменени. Жалко, защото с малко усилие този апартамент щеше да е перфектен. Бутилка вода в хладилника и по- добре оборудвана кухня вече не се възприемат като комплимент, а са желателни.
