The location and the view were exception. Was an oasis away from the chaos of Oia! Our host was very kind and accomodating.

Location and view. Amazing private little deck with the best sunset views.daily room cleaning. Easy access to public free parking. Unique original place built high up into the hill. We loved that EVERY day was leg day and if you're not a fan of that,there are the sweetest donkeys that take you up and down.

Fantastic location. Amazing viewpoint which is private, you cannot put a price on this at Oia. Daily cleaning service so the apartment was always clean. Great apartment facilities, hot shower. Fontino organised transfers and laundry at our request which was very easy - great communication. Thanks Fontino!

The railing on the private platform just needs a minor repair / screws tightened but that’s all.

Amazing location, exclusive sunset view, friendly staff, very clean.

The furnishings in the suite are very cozy, making it feel like staying in a local's home. The room is fully equipped with everything we need, including a basin and laundry detergent for hand-washing clothes! The view from the window is unforgettable and stunning, making us want to stay in the room all the time. We stayed for two days, and the thoroughness of the cleaning staff the next day was impressive, with even the smallest details meticulously cleaned. On our way back, Mr. Fotinis arranged luggage delivery for us, solving the problem of carrying luggage on the Oia stairs. We are very happy to have stayed at Fotino’s House.

It might be due to the season, but the sunset view from our terrace was somewhat obstructed by buildings. However, this wasn't an issue since Oia has many spots for watching the sunset, and the view from the room's window is irreplaceable! Additionally, the bathroom ceiling is a bit low, and I bumped my head a few times, but this is part of the unique charm of Oia local house.

The terrace from where we could see the sunset is amazing! Also, it is a great view on the bay from the same terrace. The room is really cosy and homy, well equipped, with great view, practical kitchenette and a very charming bathroom. Fotinos is very prompt in answering, and very helpful and friendly.
