Location is very central walking distance to many awesome shops and restaurants

Apartment was very clean and comfortable. Great air conditioning. Location was great, close to town centre. Host was extremely helpful and gave great tips and advice. She also had stocked apartment with lovely basic essentials of food and drinks.

The patio was not nice. The stairs up to the apartment are in bad shape.

The location was excellent. The air conditioning was also excellent in the heat. The facilities overall were very good including the shower area and kitchen appliances such as a washing machine etc.

The entrance to the apartment did not look good. Also the stairs up the apartment are in very poor condition and need renovation before someone has an accident. The property advertises a patio which is false advertising. It consisted of a dirty table and chairs in a back alley.

the host was absolutely lovely and sent us a long list of recommendations. the apartment was in a fantastic location just a 5 minute walk from the town centre and very close to multiple beaches were we went everyday. the apartment was clean and had everything we needed. the beds were comfortable and we were provided with towels, some snacks and water. it was easy to get into the apartment and an easy checkout time. this is perfect apartment for friends as there is separate bedrooms.

the only thing we were disappointed with was that the outside terrace did not look like the photos, there was no grass and the chairs and surrounding area were quite dirty. Please be advised the apartments neighbours are very loud, my friend struggled to sleep as the upstairs neighbours did not go to bed all night and played music and stomped on the ground. one of the neighbours also kept bringing in dead/dying birds in the entrance way and one morning we had to struggle to leave the apartment as there was multiple birds blocking the door.

The host was very nice and welcoming and offered advice on the surroundings. The location of the apartment is great just on the edge of the old town within walking distance of shops, bars and restaurants. The apartment is modern and well decorated and well equipped. It is a little dark as does not get sun but that's the narrow streets and in mid summer keeps the place cool.

The beds are very hard, in case you prefer something a bit softer but this is personal choice. There was constant noise from the apartment upstairs of moving around, this did not stop until 4am the first night and 2am the second, probably because we had to bang on the ceiling in the end. I understand this is an old property but this noise really is an issue. Don't stay here unless you are a very heavy sleeper or are deaf! We have stayed in two other similar properties in corfu town and have never had this problem. Nice apartment but afraid we won't be staying here again.

The location of the apartment is perfect and unique. The spacious apartment has everything you need. Christina is a very kind and helpful host.

The building was very old and not so maintained in time. This is global, not just for the apartment owner.
