I liked that it was close to the beach. The supermarket is near, and one more is in closest proximity, too. Also a lot of souvenir shops are close too. The property has a nice garden and a swing and some other entertainment for kids. The room has a balcony with a nice view and if you open all the windows in the evening and in the morning you don't even need an air conditioner due to a nice breeze. Also, property provides really comfortable transfer to and from the property if needed. I believe the bus stop is somewhere close, too, but we did not use it. Overall, it was a short but nice stay. Thank you~

If you are not into parties and some kind of club or bar lover, then you probably shouldn't choose this property. We liked the place itself, but I should've read more about the location as Laganas Beach is not that I would prefer of all Zakynthos beaches. And at nights, it was kind of noisy because of young, loud folks with some fireworks. I also missed the lack of microwave. But it's my fault I did not read the description well. All in all, we liked Athina Studios a lot as the place to stay near the beach.

Il personale è stato fenomenale. Atena e suo figlio ci hanno aiutate in ogni difficoltà, anche in seguito ad un brutto imprevisto sempre con gentilezza ed entusiasmo. "you need me and I need you",(tu hai bisogno di me e io di te, trattando bene te, tratto bene me stessa) così ci ha salutate Atena tra abbracci e baci di gratitudine.

We had a wonderful stay at this studio! The location was perfect—very well situated, close to the center, yet quiet at night. The price-quality ratio was great, offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was exceptional—attentive, accommodating, and always ready to help. It was a real pleasure, and we feel lucky to have chosen this studio. We highly recommend it and would gladly return!

It was the most perfect location which felt safe and calm yet so close to the Laganas strip and the beach! The hosts were lovely and made us feel so welcomed.
