Sunrise Bay Apts

The apartments are clean and modern and have everything you could need. The owner is extremely helpful with any requests or information you require. It is in a very central location with lovely views across the bay .

We arrived at the property at 11.30 pm and were met by the owner. He showed us around the apartment and the next morning told us the best places/ beaches to visit along with recommended restaurants. On a couple of days the wind got up and he advised which beaches would be more sheltered. Apartment cleaned every other day, fresh towels and linen together with beach towels and umbrellas. Fresh home made lemon marmalade was a delicious treat. Easy walking distance to supermarkets, tavernas, bars and the harbour for boat hire. We hired a car to drive to the many stunning villages and beaches. As there wasn’t a booking straight after our stay we were able to check out late which was ideal as our flight wasn’t until 10.50 pm.

It was expensive compared to other properties in Agia Efima BUT I could find no properties with as large a terrace.

Everything more than in the photos! Great design, beautiful sea view, very nice and helpful owner Dimitrios. Little, nice kitchen in the app. including coffee machine and capsulas 😉 and fridge. Beach towels 🤘Premium Nuxe cosmetics in the bathroom. You can see that owner likes his job 💚 The whole island is very quiet, with small harbour villages (beginning of June). We hired a quad bike for our stay, so we also got to places where we couldn't go by car.

We were met by Dimitris on arrival. He had arranged the taxi from the airport to his wonderful accommodation and showed us around the apartment and showed us how everything worked. He was very helpful with all the questions we had not just about the apartment but the island, the hire of a bike, restaurants, weather etc

That we couldn’t stay for another month, the apartment had everything. Super clean and super comfortable, with outside seating, rooms were cleaned every other day and replenished with coffee, biscuits and other items. All toiletries were provided with fresh towels and even beach towels. Nothing was too much trouble for Dimitris, perfect host.

Property was very clean and had everything we needed. Host was there when we arrived late at night to show us around the property. Very helpful host, any questions we had were answered very quickly.

An absolutely fantastic stay at Sunrise Bay. The location was exceptional for what we needed. The room was clean and tidy. The views over the sea were stunning. Dimitris was SO helpful, whether it was recommending beaches, restaurants, activities and even booking our dinners for us. Would recommend to anyone!

The kitchen was a little small, but we ate out every evening so it didn’t matter to us!

Dimitrios was the most helpful host ever! Nothing was a problem for this man. The apartment was fabulous and what a view!! The apartment block is well named as the view across the bay at sunrise is exceptional!
