Excellent location! A very nice town, many restaurants and bars, the hotel is in the center, with an amazing view of the entire bay. New building, the rooms are of a very high standard, have everything and are very clean. The host is a lovely guy, he helped us with everything we asked for. Highly recommend!!!

We absolutely loved our stay at this fabulous accommodation! Dimitrius is a super-helpful, attentive host who likes to engage with his clients to ensure they have the best experience possible. The passion he has for his job shines through in the meticulous way he presents and manages his lovely property. Check in was thorough and Dimitrius provided us with lots of useful information about the local area, restaurant/activity recommendations etc that proved to be most useful. We were most impressed with the high standard of our apartment which was immaculately clean and had lots of nice touches such as high quality cutlery and a Nespresso coffee machine. Dimitrius provided us with some provisions to welcome us along with a lovely bottle of wine. We also got to enjoy a jar of his mother’s homemade lemon marmalade which was delicious! The property itself is in a charming position with the prettiest view over the water where boats can be seen peacefully bobbing about. Watching the sunrise from our balcony was one of my highlights and the atmosphere of complete peace and serenity was sheer heaven. Despite its quiet position, the apartment is close to all amenities including a bakery, launderette, supermarkets and places to eat. There are several lovely restaurants to have dinner as well as places to enjoy coffee, breakfast and ice-cream. For anyone visiting Agia Efimia, I would not hesitate in recommending this property as a fabulous place to stay.

Very clean and modern room and a balcony area with the most stunning views over the water and across the sea to Ithaca. Dimitrios is a wonderful host and will make sure that you get the most out of your visit.

Lovely central position Agia Effimia overlooking the bay. Well equipped and very comfortable apartment. Quiet and peaceful. The owner Dimitrios was helpful in arranging airport transfer both ways and provided good recommendations for eating and days out.

The apartment was spotless and beautifully appointed, modern and luxurious. The kitchenette had everything you could need, much more than you normally get in holiday apartments. The owner has thought of everything, and is always on hand for anything you need. The little touches of the homemade marmalade, wine and water on arrival plus the coffee, teas, milk, crackers and butter was really appreciated. The bed was really comfortable, just like the one we have at home. The bathroom is lovely, with a good shower. The aircon is really good. We love Agia Effimia and this place is exactly what we wanted, in the perfect location. We will be back!

We spent a very pleasant week at Sunrise Bay apartments in Agia Efimia. As soon as we arrived, the owner Dimitris was there to welcome us and explained everything. He was very kind and informed us about restaurants and beaches throughout Kefalonia. He was always available. The room was spacious, with two large windows that allowed a beautiful view of the romantic bay of Agia Efimia, two spacious balconies, where you could have breakfast overlooking the bay or relax in the evening, large bed, wardrobe, air conditioning and everything It allows you to have a cool but also sunny room. The room was clean and had everything you needed. There was also a Nespresso machine and pods, as well as a kitchenette. The bathroom was spacious, with a large shower box, big and soft towels. The day before we left, Dimitri noticed that it would be my wife's birthday a few days later and he kindly offered us a bottle of local wine. We highly recommend it. Kela & Ardian
