The view from the balcony and the location if you want to reside on that (less crowded) side of the island. The host is amazing, friendly, loves his job and he is a host with capital Phi "Φ". He knows the island and you can even go unprepared and you will have all the best places and info you will need. I will revisit. The amenities, the details, the confort...all exceeded my expectations

"Erwartungen wurden übertroffen"

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön, hell und sauber. Der Ausblick war traumhaft (man sieht auch den Sonnenaufgang durch die Glasbalkonwände sehr schön :))! Besonders super war der Gastheber Dimitrios. Er war nicht nur sehr sympathisch, sondern auch immer für uns erreichbar und hat uns viele tolle und authentische Tipps gegeben :) Für den Aufenthalt in Agia Effimia empfehlen wir ein Mietauto, um gut zu den schönen Stränden zu gelangen. Alles in allem: TOP!

Great view, very clean, handy for all the local restaurants. Recommend a hire car if you want to visit beaches with umbrellas and loungers. Great pick is Antisamos beach 20 minutes away.
