When I booked the place - two ground floor apartments, the reviews were positive and it seemed the perfect place for us and another couple. Some recent reviews were vey bad, and regarded cleanness, malfunction of heating and a bad smell of mould. Since cancellation was no longer an option, I raised my concerns with the owners. Unfortunately, when we arrived both apartments had a bad smell, the heating was not working very well, the towels and bathroom were not clean…. The kitchen was not clean. In short - we paid a lot for a bad place. The owners did respond to emails, but did not solve the problems.

When arriving to the room I reserved I wasnt happy as it had bad smell of mold, though immediately when contacting the owners I got another room which was excellent

the facilities seemed in good condition and all was good value of money

Excellent place, kitchen functionable, great wifi and very comfortable. Great location in the middle of all the action but still quiet.

Dried dog feces on the surrounding streets around the apartment and building. Smelling and attracting flies. Even though it is the arrogant locals who don't wipe their dog poop off the streets, the municipality does not clean the streets. Upon requesting from Katrina to do it, they weren't willing so they need to take responsibility for the side streets around the apartments, wash the streets and area with water and decent smelling soap because I wouldn't return until they start doing this. This review is meant to help, not harm the establishment. Again, they need to take responsibility for our welfare.
