Appartamento grazioso, pulito, organizzato in stanze (tutte però non particolarmente grandi che danno nel complesso un'impressione un po' soffocante).Cucina dotata di tutti i comfort: frigo congelatore sapone per i piatti strofinacci e acqua fresca nel frigo

Scarsa professionalità del gestore: All'arrivo presso la struttura accaldati e stanchi dai lunghi nella penisola calcidica avremmo voluto farci una bella doccia rilassante ma sfortunatamente la caldaia era bloccata per un inconveniente tecnico.Evidenziato il problema al gestore si è scusato ma non ha voluto riconoscerci nessun rimborso parziale per il fatto di non aver potuto usare l' acqua calda.Il disagio è stato notevole, non causato da noi e non è stato risolto nel tempo di permanenza (i tempi erano sicuramente stretti).Un rimborso anche solo parziale sarebbe stato un gesto di professionalità.Altri punti dolenti della struttura: il soffitto del bagno scrostato e difficoltà a utilizzare e ricaricare lo sciacquone del wc.Nel complesso per il prezzo pagato (sopra i 70€) a Salonicco si trova di meglio a prezzi inferiori.

The location and the parking behind and to the left of the apartment building are great. Inside the apartment was very clean, tidy and organized.

Bel appartement, conforme aux photos. Bonne literie, climatisation chambre et salon. Peut-être un petit bémol pour le manque d’ustensiles en cuisine. Bonnes indications pour prendre possession du logement, propriétaire très réactif. Parking possible dans la rue ou parking gratuit à proximité

I can't find a thing that I didn't like!

The apartment was clean and comfortable, a little bit too far from the city center, but well deserved by public transport. It has air conditioning in both rooms, highly appreciated during summer, and almost everything you need during your stay. The check-in is independent, but the host is easily reachable.

Unfortunately, the fridge was not working during our stay, which was not very convenient, as there is no possibility to preserve food for the night in order to have breakfast in the morning.
