Firstly the place is really clean and comfortable. The owners Trassi and Alice are great people and they arrange everything for your comfort. From kitchen to bathroom, you will have almost everything you need. It takes only 20 seconds to the beach from your room. Beach is clean and there is a restaurant where you can eat and drink easily. Every 30 minutes there is a bus from and to Chania bus station and from bus station you can easily reach the airport in 30 minutes. Taxi opportunities are available from Litinakis to airport and costs around 40 Euro. We will absolutely stay in here fır the next time.

The room was amazing, it's new and clean with all the amenities one might need, even electronic blinds and mosquito nets. A spacious balcony with a sea view even if it's advertised as a garden view. The hosts were so kind and helpful with anything we needed. We were greeted with wine and fresh fruits on our table when we entered our room and it was cleaned once every two days to perfection, each time we found different towel decorations on our bed. The owners put a lot of effort into these apartments, and hospitality with their guests, more than most hotels do. It's a great choice and good value for money as well, can't recommend it enough, we definitely plan to come back if we visit Crete again. Tl;dr Absolutely amazing!

We had amazing stay at Litinakis Studio! Everything was perfect! Our host family was the best we ever had, nice and careful with details about our stay. Super weekend at Agia Marina, easy accesible with bus to Chania Bus Station and Airport. The beach was at our backyard, shops and restaurants. We will definitely be back one day :)

I travel a lot and this stay was so far the best. Being solo sometimes brings loneliness, but not with my hosts. I immediately felt welcomed, cared, provided. And boy how much I enjoy the wine, fruits and cakes. What impressed me the most was how happy my hosts were, how they treated people, how they cared. No wonder I booked already same time for next year, Seems I am set for the rest of my life. Thank you kindly for the fantastic hospitality. I was really lucky to find this place!

We stayed at Litinakis Studios Garden View and absolutely loved every second of it. The hotel room was newly renovated, and the amenities were fantastic. We used the fully stocked kitchenette every day; it came with utensils, pots and pans, plates, bowls, glasses, and everything you could need. We loved sitting on the porch to eat breakfast and other snacks. The drying rack built into the porch came in handy as we used it every day. Our hosts were gracious, welcoming, kind, helpful, and everything you would want and more. The bathroom was extremely nice, and the AC worked very well. The water pressure and temperature were great. We absolutely loved staying here and will definitely come again. We highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Agia Marina. We could not have asked for a better place to stay.
