"One of the best"

Great place to stay. The owners are now our friends. Great location and wonderful sea view. Very clean rooms and good air conditioning. We had the room in the ground flour and had a great bathroom with the best water pressure.

Best option for Agia Marina. Spacious apartment right on the beach with great seaview right in the middle of everything. The hosts are wonderful, going the extra mile to help. Definitely recommended.

Thrasyvoulos and his wife are wonderful hosts who think of all the small details, welcoming us with their own amazing wine and sweets. The room itself has a great view and is in a great location as well. Highly recommend and we will definitely be returning on our next trip to Crete!

The hosts were wonderful and they truly made us feel at home during our stay. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine and given fresh baked cake during the cleaning. It was great having access to the beach chairs and umbrella on the beach directly in front of the studio. The purpose of our trip was to relax and enjoy the beach and that is exactly what we were able to do. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. We stayed in the sea view room and spent every night on the balcony watching the beautiful sunset over the water. Old Town was a 15 minute bus ride away and the stops were very conveniently located near the studio. Would highly recommend to anyone going to Agia Marina!

Wonderful warm welcome from Thrasivoulos and Alice. Really good apartment with everything we could require. Fantastic balcony with superb views in a terrific location almost on the beach. Surrounded by excellent restaurants. We will return to Litinakis Studios on future holidays as the owners make a lovely place even more special. Beautiful people and faultless accommodation. Lots of little touches like wine, fruit and flowers that made us smile..

Faultless. Nothing at all to complain about.

Our room was amazing, it had 100% sea view, just as we wanted, the hosts did their best to make us happy. They served Raki :) . If I go to Crete again, I will definitely stay in the same place. The sea is right in front of you, the food was great. I definitely recommend it. Thank you very much for everything Litinakis, we will miss you. Secil & Mehmet
