Geranium Villa by the sea

We stayed just a couple of days here at The Geranium Villa but we were able to appreciate Polly's friendliness, the Kineta beach and the easy and fast railway link to Athens. The apartment is very beautiful, confortable and so large. The garden crossing to get to the seaside is very remarkable. At foot distance there is a Tavern, Lagudera [λαγουδερα], we suggest you pay a visit.

Beautiful garden, spacious and super-well equipped apartment. Two balconies, one facing the sunrise and the other the sunset. Right next to the beach and safe space for parking your car. Extremely kind hosts who treated us so kindly including fresh self-made cake and pancakes. The perfect place to stay in Kineta.

Very friendly host. Appartement offers a lot of space. Balconies to different directions with beautiful view on the garden and the sea. Parking in the grounds of the house in the shadow of trees. The beach is close to the house. One can reach it by crossing the garden. Behind the garden gate it is. There is a breakfast place nearby. We picked up breakfast there and had it on the beautiful big balcony. Beautiful place.

The whole apartman was really nice. We loved the garden and the private beach. The terraces was amazing in the morning sun. We are really thankful for our hosts, they are nice, helpful and amazing people.

Maybe the equipment of the house could be a little bit more modern.

It had a homely feel and has private access to the beach. A very quiet, peaceful location.

The little kitchen with sink & refrigerator is upstairs and apart from the living area.

Great accommodation, in front of the see side. Beautiful garden. The hostess, Mrs Polly, very friendly and helpful. The stay was very pleasant.

Hosts were very friendly and did their best to accommodate us earlier!

Property with great potential if host will do the home work and will change attitude. Beach few steps away, big garden, great terraces.

Hard to find. Didn't feel welcomed Unpleasant smell (pets + something old + something undefined) Property screams for deep cleaning. Dirty mirrors/windows, sticky surfaces Bad internet, couldn't connect to Wi-Fi Only one remote to all A/C (one of them didn't work properly) Furniture and bed linens have seen better days way ago Booked apartament with washing machine - didn't find any.
