If someone have a heavy laggage so it is difficult to reach hotel from the main street because the street to the hotel is not strait and not not smooth (the street contains steps and rock). So I think it is better to have a taxi that reach somewhat near the hotel.

Nulla. C''è stato un piccolo inconveniente con le chiavi ma la Signora dell'appartamento è stata velocissima a risolvere.

Good location and views.

Beautiful views, but disappointing stay and poor communication Santorini is stunning, and the views from Dimeal Mansion are genuinely beautiful — but unfortunately, the actual stay was a letdown. There was no hot water for showers, which made things really uncomfortable. We also noticed that the maid didn’t come every day, so we had to do a lot of the cleaning ourselves. That’s not usually a big deal at home, but when you’re on holiday, you expect at least some basic housekeeping. The host’s attitude wasn’t great either. Communication was poor, and messages were often ignored. When we did manage to get in touch, she came across as quite rude and unhelpful, which made us feel uncomfortable asking for anything. For the price, we expected better service and hospitality. The views are lovely, but everything else left a lot to be desired. Wouldn’t stay here again.

The apartment was very spacious... Clean and a very home feel.
