Price-value ratio is unbeatable. Close to the beach and the center as well, very kind and friendly host! The place is super clean, and plus point for own parking space! Would come again :)

These are excellent apartments, great location, clean, lots of space, car parking, Tasos was a great host, we stayed in Green 2

This isn't a criticism, just an observation, lots of stairs if your on the 2nd floor and you're not good on your feet

The owner, Tasos, went above and beyond to welcome us. From a friendly personal greeting, to fresh fruit and olive oil waiting for us in our room. He seems to truly enjoy offering these apartments for rent and meeting new people. Tasos was always will to engage when you had questions about the the city/site seeing, not just give you the short answer. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well kept. I will certainly rent from him again if/when we visit Crete again.

.The apartment was spacious, clean and with a beautiful balcony. The location is amazing and the street is quite but central as its 2 min walk from Nea Chora beach and a bit over 10 min walk to old town. .Tasos the host is the best! he is generous positive and helpful

Awesome apartment for vacation. Mr. Tasos was so helpful and welcoming. The apartment was big with with one extra large balcony and one smaller. It was sparkling clean. Really close to the center, 15-20 minutes walk. I highly recommend this place for staying.
