It was a beautiful property at a reasonable price

The location is great, close to the center and to the seaside. A supermarket, bakery, gas station nearby. There is a farmer's market every Thursday. The apartment has air conditioning, it is spacious and has a large terasse. The owner is very helpful, a vey kind man. Thank you for the lovely stay!

Tasos is a great host, always ready if you need anything. The apartments are cozy and the air conditioning works very good. We only had a problem with the beds they are on wheels, but otherwise it was very good.

Amazing location, very close to the beach, clean, all you needed in facilities, quiet, great bed, air conditioning. Great, lovely host. Would definitely go back!!! Thank you so much!

Everything was perfect.

Very pleasant accommodation that was a great value for its cost. The apartment is within walking distance to both the beach (5 min) or Chania's centre (20-25 min) and has all the needed facilities for a comfortable stay: spacious room, small kitchen for a quick meal, plenty of parking space for your car. The best of it all was the host, Tasos, who really puts in the effort to make you feel welcomed (he even offered olive oil produced by himself and fruits/veggies from his own garden!).

We spend a week in chania with our 1 year old boy. Tasos is a terrific host. Communication went very smooth, before and during our stay. He is always willing to help, give tips and is open for a chat. We stayed in apartment 'green 2'. There was more than enough space for 2 adults and a 1 year old. The spacious balcony is a big plus. The apartment is only a 3 min walk from the beach where you can find some restaurants and bars.The historical city of chania is only a 20 min walk alongside the sea. I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area.
