Three of us stayed at The Lakeview Apartment. It's a nice clean apartment with a large living area, two good size bedrooms, a decent size shower and bathroom. Air conditioning works well. The kitchen is a good size supplied with a two plate electric stove, kettle, a drip coffee machine, plates, cutlery and glassware. Basically everything you could need. We had the first floor apartment with a balcony. It's a nice view overlooking the lake. Restaurants and cafes are directly below on ground floor as you walk out the door and plenty more within walking distance in and around the surrounding area. The restaurants (plenty of outdoor seating) can get a bit noisy but it's not really noticeable once the balcony doors are closed thanks to dual pane glass. In August, everyone is on leave so expect a busy time. Decent supermarkets are about a 15 minute walk away, one of the bigger ones towards the KTEL bus station (and the KTEL bus station is about a 10 minute walk from there). We'd stay again.

You need to get to the apartment up a flight of stairs that curve back up to the entrance door. If you have 2 or 3 heavy large suitcases, be prepared to take one at a time. The apartment could do with a freshen up, not a renovation as such but a refurbish and redecorating. For example the kitchen cabinet doors could be refurbished and a fresh, modern colour scheme applied throughout the apartment. One of the bedroom’s floor dips (it flexes and sinks a little at the doorway) and creaks. These aren't serious issues but detracts from the ‘wow’ factor.

It's good that the bedroom windows face the other way, then the lake view. There are bars and noise outside the windows, especially on weekends.
