Excellent location, really clean and a perfect accommodation in every way

Wonderful location and exceptional apartment, the hosts had excellent communication, a true gem in Ioannina, will definitely be returning and recommending to friends.

Location, comfort, design

The location of the flat and the views were amazing! Very central, close to the old town and you could see the lake from the window and enjoy your coffee on the cute little balcony. Beds and couches were very comfy and we managed to rest properly. Communication with the staff was excellent and the people were more than helpful. Will definitely book it again next time I'm in Ioannina.

This is a spacious two bedroom apartment in the heart of the nicest part of the town. It has an amazing view of the lake with a little balcony to sit out and enjoy the view. It is above a row of cafés and restaurants so there’s a bit of a din of people sitting outside but the apartment is quiet and the bedrooms are at the back, although there was a bit of noise on the Friday night when some of the bars stay open late and play loud music. But otherwise surprisingly peaceful given being in the heart of the action! The bed was comfortable. very good value for the money. I would stay here again.

If you plan on doing a lot of cooking, the kitchen is a bit minimal in terms of appliances.

The apartment was spacious, very clean, with all facilities and in a very good position (in front of the lake) and nearby bars and restaurants.
