Iris Luxury Apartment at the Heraklion Center

Excellent furniture, awesome location, has all necessary items, perfect use of space

Was missing a hairdryer (no biggie) and the outside/access to the apartment could be a bit better

Location is good

The water never worked. We had to go to a bath house to take showers and brush our teeth. The owner only replies over 24 hrs after our inquiring.

I had an amazing stay at this centrally located apartment. Almost everything is within walking distance—the main shopping and tourist streets are just two minutes away, and the marina is a pleasant eight-minute stroll. The bus stop is conveniently right next to the building, making airport transfers and getting around the city incredibly easy. The area surrounding the apartment has everything you could possibly need: supermarkets, pharmacies, shops, and more. There's even a mini market and a delicious loukoumades spot right by the entrance. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and cleverly designed to make the most of the space. It came equipped with all the essentials—dish soap, hand soap, iron, hair dryer, and more. The bathroom was small but smartly designed for space efficiency and was comfortable enough,with warm water always available. The air conditioning was quick and efficient, and the soundproof windows were a great touch, ensuring peace and quiet despite the central location. The bed was comfortable, and the large TV made relaxing evenings with Netflix or YouTube really enjoyable. WiFi worked well throughout our stay. One of my favorite features was the balcony overlooking Kornarou Square—a lovely spot for morning or evening coffee. Finding the entrance was straightforward thanks to the detailed instructions from the host. The building entrance is just a few steps under the stoa , between the mini market and loukoumades shop, the door into the building is on the left. Once inside, the apartment is easy to locate on the third floor, the door is on the right , with clear signage for “Electra & Iris Luxury Apartments.” Overall, this was a fantastic stay. I highly recommend this apartment and would gladly return. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

Everything was perfect.

The location was great the apartment tidy, nicely decorated. I strongly recommend it for short stays. I will rent it again.
