Iris Luxury Apartment at the Heraklion Center

Very clean and luxurious, excellent location.

Central location. The host was always responsive and quick and very hospitable.

the flat is well located, close to everything. The windows are high quality so it is super quite inside.

I would like the flat to have a basics stuff for the first day, like coffee or tea. Also, there was no kitchen towel, salt or oil. Basics stuff you find in similar accommodations. the balcony didn’t have an extra table. The hot water works with a button in the electrical switch pane. we were not informed of that. we had to ask for the internet password, we didn’t see it on the flat itself. all troubles were solved quickly.

all great, esp. the large and comfy bed, the central location (the bus to the airport is basically across the street), and the rain shower.

Excellent location, actually in the heart of city center. The building was old, but the room was recently renovated. The king-size bed, the kitchen, the TV, the A/C and the bathroom were beyond my expectations!

The folded bed/sofa is not suitable for an adult, young adult or even teenager since its length is not more than 1.5 m.
