Apartments Liana

1. Before choosing this apartment, I looked at the building on Google Maps. The exterior looked old , so I was worried the apartment might not be as good as the photos. But the inside of the building was very clean and didn't look like an old building. 2. This Apartment is modern, clean, and much better than the pictures. Especially, the view of the sea from the window is fantastic!! 3. Both the living room and bedroom have AC. It is very important for us. 4. The kitchen has everything you need to cook! absolutely nothing was missing! :) 5. The host kindly prepared welcome fruits, drinks, and water in the fridge. 6.The host was incredibly kind and easy to communicate with 7.Everything is close by-shops, restaurants, cafes, and even the beach, which is only a 1-2 minute walk away.

It wasn't a problem for us but just to note for others!! 1. The parking lot is a bit far from the apartment. but we didn't need a car during our stay. because everything—restaurants, shops, and markets—was within walking distance. And the host gave us ride to the parking lot when we checked in and checked out. 2. The building doesn't have an elevator, but it's only one floor up, so it wasn't uncomfortable.

The apartment is perfect, nice view 2 min walk to the beach, you got everything you need, you really feel like at home. Amazing host, helpfull and kind very quick reply. Will be back for sure !

Nothing to complaint about!

Very quiet apartment in a great location close to the Lungomare and on the main road through the centre of Opatija. Fabulous apartment with everything you could possibly need, we were there for 7 nights and plenty of cupboards to unpack and plenty of room to relax. This was our base while we explored Istria and also went to Plitvice Lakes. Lovely views of the water from most windows. Short walk to great restaurants, bars and shops. Secure parking off site, approx 10 min walk either by roadway or stairs. The hosts we extremely helpful and quick to respond, the apartment is exactly as per the photos.

Nothing

It was just a perfect stay. Cosy, spacious, clean, comfortable, fully equipped apartment close to the beach, with amazing sunrises and sounds of a tropic garden. The kitchen was equipped by hosts who definitely love cooking.

Everything was great

Very nice, spacious apartments. Everything is very clean, everything you need for a comfortable stay is available. The staff is responsive. The beach is 1 minute walk away, the market, shops, restaurants are also nearby. Parking is 5 minutes away. We really liked it and we recommend this option for consideration.

Beautiful view, great facilities, I recommend it to everyone. There was fruit in the kitchen, water and juice in the fridge, and the owner's father gave very useful advice for a good rest.
