The apartment exceeded all expectations, from the moment of check-in to the end of the vacation. The owners always take care of your comfort and handle all your household needs. We were greeted and helped with our luggage upon arrival, and they also assisted us when we checked out. The apartment is equipped with everything necessary, especially the kitchen utensils, which are plentiful. There is a coffee machine with aromatic coffee, and the fridge was stocked with fruits, water, juice, coffee cream, spices, oil, and much more. Not even all luxury hotels offer the level of comfort found in this apartment. The apartment is high-tech, with keycard access, a very comfortable bed, and a sofa. The cleanliness is top-notch. I know everyone says this, but this apartment is truly very clean. The location couldn't be better, with the beach just a step away from the courtyard. Nearby, there is a grocery store, a market with fresh seafood, vegetables, and fruits. There's also the best ice cream in Croatia and a decent restaurant nearby. The promenade is within walking distance. We will definitely return to this apartment.

The apartment exceeded our expectations. We were surprised that in addition to handing over the keys, the owner helped us carry our luggage to the apartment and during our stay they contacted us to see if we needed to change towels or bed linen. It faces the main road, but the windows are soundproofed so it was no problem even with a 2 year old. The apartment was more than perfectly cleaned upon arival and there were even complimentary items waiting for us in the fridge. Overall the building is very quiet and clean. The apartment is above Tomaševac beach, which is ideal for families with children.

Spacious apartment in downtown, everything is accessible on foot, beach and walking path are 2 min. far. Everything looks new, kitchen has all you need, very clean, wifi works well, it could be noisy as it is oriented to the main street. Hosts are very helpful and kind. Parking is on steep street but having parking place is great advantage in Opatija and owners drive you there so it is not problem.

The contact with owner was always quick and easy. The apartment is spacious, excellently equipped with a wonderful kitchen. Ivana has provided many extras and we are grateful for that. Bed is super comfortable and linen great quality. The bathroom modern with very good water pressure. Location is central with a short stroll to the water front pathway and cafes, restaurants and supermarket all close by. We were met by the owners father who showed us through the property and helped with our luggage.

It has a fantastic view, it is really 50-100 m from the beach, the hosts are super kind and helping. The apartment is fantastic as well, we liked it a lot.
