Best location in Split, really nice flat

Large apartment with plenty of room. Kitchen cupboard stocked with tea, coffee, condiments etc Bottle of water in the fridge on arrival. Good water pressure in the shower. Central location. Easy access. Good communication with the owner.

Location is perfect and air conditioning is fantastic. Apartment is large with large bedrooms. Lots of crockery. Host is very responsive (although he mentioned fault of some issues we had was due to age of building - no - it is due to him not spending money investing in it for guests which is a shame)

Main issue is the shower which has been mentioned by other guests. There is only enough hot water for 2 short showers maximum straight after each other. A larger tank is needed. The host makes a lot of money from the apartment and does not spend it on the apartment unfortunately as a number of things need to be improved which have been mentioned by other guests since 2022 - such as larger hot water tank, comfier bed in one of the bedrooms. The apartment is very tired and worn - would be perfect with some money spent on it. He did offer the cleaner / maintenance person to come round but they would not be able to solve issue with hot water.

there was NO breakfast

NO lights in washroom. 1 40 W bulb only. kitchen sink plagued and NO pressure in the very shaky sink hardware. very noisy from 6 am and all day from construction next door. WIFI was disconnected at 6 am and we had a place until 10 am. place is big enough but 50 years old style. i would NOT rent it or recommend it to anyone, for that price

Location is Supre and easy to find

Just a bit noisy but expected . However , the bedroom are located far from main street .
