Location, the facilities, the host, everything. The host met us at a free parking site she nominated, transported us and our bags to the old city and helped us to our accommodation. Tgen, on our departure, did the reverse. Fantastic service.

Our stay in the heart of Rovinj's historical center was nothing short of perfect, thanks to our exceptional host. She went above and beyond, securing free parking and driving us to the accommodation. The house itself is a charming blend of old-world tradition and modern comfort. It's spotlessly clean, with comfortable beds, a spacious kitchen, and a well-appointed bathroom. What stood out most was our host's incredible patience. Due to a miscommunication, we arrived late, and she graciously waited for us nearly all day. Her hospitality made our stay truly memorable. I appreciated Kristina meeting us at the care and helping us with the luggage. The house was also clean.

It was so cluttered with out of date decor and furniture. It made me want to leave. It was not relaxing in the least.
