Magnificent customer service by the host and her daughter.

The location was perfect. The host was very friendly. She picked us up from the parking and drove us to the apartment.

No warm water before 7am. The water would not flow at all when turned to hot. We were told not to use the ac as it made too much noise for those who were staying on the main floor.

Comfortable space with lovey views of the neighborhood! Great host!

It was a short walk from the ferry from Venice to the apartment with clear instructions. We were met by our host Kristina who let us know where to get dinner. The location was in the beautiful old city and near great restaurants. We needed to get to the hire car place and Kristina came and personally took us. Would recommend staying here!

Nothing-it was all great!

Kristina was an amazing host. She came and met us on arrival and kindly gave us a ride to the apartment. The apartment itself was spacious enough for the 4 of us. Excellent location with plenty of restaurants and cafes all around. We were also close enough to easily walk to the port to catch our ferry. We would definitely stay here again!

There is a bit of an uphill walk to the apartment. Something to keep in mind if you have a lot of luggage.

We were quite happy with everything, although it may be timely for the furnishings to be updated - things are looking a bit worn. Refreshing the decor would make this apartment perfect.

The location of the apartment is fantastic. It could get a little noisy with the bars/cafes downstairs but that didn’t bother us it’s all part of the charm with staying in the Old Town. A fan in the main bedroom would be nice & help with sleeping when it’s hot. The owner Kristina was lovely, she picked us up on the edge of the Old Town where we were dropped off & took us up to the apartment.
