Luxury apartment Monvi near Bačvice beach and old town

Location was perfect, close to the sea and 10 mins to old town. There is a supermarket just around the corner. The apartment is so lovely, has everything you need and felt like home. The beautiful outside space is a sun trap and was perfect for a morning cuppa. Recommend bar noc 5 mins away for food. Dino was a lovely host.

Nice terrace and spacious living and sleeping area. Dino was in good communication from the point of booking and was there to explain everything on arrival. The location is a short walk into the centre but there are some fantastic restaurants very close by. Beach is also a short stroll. A great base for a trip to Split

Was conveniently situated within the area, 2 mins from the beach and 5-10 mins from old town (places to eat and attractions to see). Host were welcoming and apartment was immaculate with all amenities and fresh towels provided.

No complaints what so ever. Well thought out

The property was so clean, modern, spacious and exactly what the pictures show. It is in a perfect position, few minutes walk to the port and old town. Basic cooking ingredients were provided in the cupboard, which was useful. Some fruit and treats were found in the fridge! Dino is the perfect host. He communicates promptly, he met us on arrival and made us familiar with the apartment and nearby cafes, restaurants and supermarket. It was a perfect stay and we highly recommend this apartment.

Modern and spacious. Great location and lots of little extras included. Dino was very friendly, gave excellent advice and readily available if any problems.

It’s probably my best experience, renting an apartment. Much of it is due to the host Dino. He’s very helpful, pleasant and trustworthy. The apartment was surprisingly spacious and is more than enough for a couple staying in Split. It looks very well kept and modern. There’s AC in both the living room and bedroom for comfort in the warm summer. We were met with treats and water in the fridge. A lot of towels, including beach towels, bathrobes and slippers. There’s shampoo and body wash and other bathroom items. Everything was perfect! I would really recommend staying here!

Perfect location. 10 minutes walk to Diocletians Palace, the riva promenade, and ferry terminal. 2 minutes from the beach. Quiet street and surprisingly not loud at night despite being so close to everything. We’d absolutely stay here again.
