Luxury apartment Monvi near Bačvice beach and old town

Dino the host was fantastic. Our flight landed quite late and he waited until we arrived and assisted with all the luggage. He gave us good tips about the area and his mom left us biscuits and juice as kind gesture. The property was not in the old town but was walking distance. Extremely modern interior with great facilities.

There were too many doors to access to get into the apartment and difficulty with stairs with lots of luggage.

Dino was our host and he met us at the property to go through everything and give us some tips for our stay. It was convenient to the town and extremely comfortable with lots of extra touches left for us.

Very clean and modern, super close to everything and so quiet at night. Fresh fruit and some chocolates were also left for us on arrival. Dino also took the time to give us recommendations locally. Would 100% rebook and recommend to others.

Clean and Big apartment with perfect placemint in Split to Beaches and old town. The host was punctual, super friendly and helped with guidance to provide the perfect stay

Internet in the bedroom of tv was the only negative. It worked perfect in the rest of the apartment

We really enjoyed our time here. Our host, Dino, thought of every detail to make our stay as comfortable as possible. He had all the modern amenities in this apartment. The bed was very comfortable and it was nice having a large patio as well as a washing machine. His mom even left some snacks for us in the kitchen, which was very thoughtful! The apartment is walking distance to old town and the ferries, which was very convenient. I highly recommend staying here and if ever in Split again we would definitely stay here again too!

Just the right size for a couple, everything was as it should be - clean and functional. Great shower. Beach towels, robes and toiletries all provided. Free snacks in the fridge. Tucked away washing machine came in useful. Dino was helpful, informative and went out of his way to help us with a late checkout. The well sized terrace is a bit overlooked by other apartments but has large sun shades and gets the morning sun. It’s an easy 15 minute walk to Diocletian’s Palace and there are a few restaurants and shops on the route. Quiet at night in the bedroom.

Nothing of note, but it would have been good to have the better TV selection in the living space rather than - or as well as - in the bedroom. A bistro set with a breakfast table would be perfect for eating on terrace.

The room was exceptionally clean, spacious and modern. 3mins walk to the beach and approx 10mins walk to town center - perfect location. Dino was a great host and very friendly, even had treats in the fridge on arrival!
