New luxury apartment Nives on seaside

Proximity to Split.- lovely restaurants nearby. Great having a kitchen & washing machine. Good bathroom & comfortable bed - aircon worked well. Host very helpful & promptly answered all our questions.

Nothing really but some written instructions for washing machine would be helpful. I

Nice stay, well positioned in the city. Clean appartement.

Excellent location in a well equipped apartment. Tomo sent us on some recommendations for food in the area (pizza downstairs was excellent). Tomo, the host, was there on time to let us in to the apartment despite it being an hour ahead of check-in when our ferry arrived. A bottle of local wine was waiting for us on arrival too. Marjan park is a quick walk uphill away and is somewhere you can easily spend the day with amazing views over the city. The view in the morning is a great sight to wake up to as well.

Sound insulation is poor from a busy street below at night but this is mainly in the living room area and not the bedroom. As for being a "luxury apartment', I don't agree with this. Location aside, there wasn't anything particularly luxurious but that being said it is a nice place to base yourself when in Split and would recommend.

Great location, great host, great city. The location is right in the center of the old city center and the beach areas. the apartment is spacious, therefore it is much better for a family with little child than a hotel. facilities are complete and clean. we have a great stay there.
