New luxury apartment Nives on seaside

Perfect location. Excellent host who met us and gave as valuable recommendations for restaurants, trips and general information about Split. Proper was spotlessly clean with everything you could wish for in terms of facilities.

There was nothing I did not like about the property. It was a 10 out of 10!!!

Fantastic location - made exploring Split so easy. We had great local restaurants and bars, Marjun Park steps close by and the most incredible views of the Riva. The apartment had everything we needed to cook at home and relax and enjoy the views. Tomo was a great host had shared excellent recommendations on what to do in Split.

Nothing.

Everything. Location could not have been better. It was next to the promenade, easy walk to restaurants, the market, the palace, everything was at your disposal. We had a view of the water as well. We got a one bedroom with a sofa bed. We had a mini kitchen with coffee stocked already. Has a refrigerator and freezer so we were able to cook, and store food. Had a washing machine, spacious living room, bathroom, and then provided us with a space to park our car for a fee. The staff went above and beyond for us. Absolutely would stay there again.

The apartment is located in the most convenient place. Extremely clean, and nicely, modern decorated. The view from the windows is looking to the sea and the port. It's well equipped with a fully functional kitchen and even a washing machine! It has everything necessary for a longer stay too. Tomo is the most wonderful host and always available for any help. Thank you so much for a lovely stay!!

Great place, great host, great city, great country.

Perfect view from the windows, you can see sunrise above the mountains so as the main waterfront promenade. All recommendations for the restaurants were treasures. Location is exactly right to feel the center of the city, i'd definitely come back. The apartment is good size and everything is modern and new there.

1) View is side, but good - you definitely can see the sea, part of the promenade and part of the old town from both rooms. Attaching actual photos (construction is completed). Also we really enjoyed sunrises almost every morning from the bedroom! 2) Location is great - super close to old town, palace, sea - everything important in Split! Don't forget to visit amazing observation point just 500m up (stairs are opposite the building entrance). 3) Parking - it's free on the street where you enter the apartment and on the 2 streets above. Parking on the embankment street is paid. We managed to find free spots every evening. Also host can offer internal parking for additional fee, but it's quite expensive. 4) Apartment is very comfortable for long stay. Kitchen has everything. Coffee machine is carob, but can be easily used. Coffee was provided by host :) Bed is very comfortable (pillows and mattress are good, also additional thin mattress is available). Bathroom is good, has everything needed.

There are 2 really negative things about the apartment, which are not related to apartment itself, but to its surroundings. 1) The huge issue is pizza bar at the first floor of the building. From Thursday to Sunday this place turns on super loud music with bass from 7PM to 1AM and there's nothing you can do to avoid this noise, because it spreads through building walls. If you plan to stay from Monday to Wednesday - this place is quiet and calm, but other evenings can become a nightmare if you don't like noise. Also bar visitors very often smoke under the apartment windows during the whole day. 2) Please, note that whole Split city center near the sea quite often smells with something like sulfur or hydrogen sulfide. So you definitely don't want to open windows at such days. It was a non-pleasant surprise for us.
