Central Palace Apartment

Location, equipment in the kitchen, rooms, bathroom, little balconies, just perfect!

I am a bit clean freak (ocd) so I would clean a little more, but in general it was really ok! And the breakfast at the restaurant- the service was little off, we heard a kitchen lady “go take them that I want them out of here!”, although food was ok and tasty.

It was a well maintained house in a great location, perfect for a short stay

This apartment is nice and close to the old town and close to the sea organs and water front. It is a self contained apartment with a washing machine and it was nice to be able to hang your clothes outside to dry in fresh air. The complementary vouchers for breakfast at a lovely near by cafe was also nice.

So unfortunately there were probably more to dislike than to like. Firstly and most importantly the beds in this apartment. They are the most uncomfortable beds we have ever slept on. The bed in the main room is a pullout bed and it was just awful. It squeaked every time you would move and the bed linen didn’t even fit the bed’s properly. Two in the bed and you would roll slightly to the centre. It was so bad I went into the other room. This bed a little better but very hard which I didn’t like and again the bed linen didn’t fit the bed properly. As other reviewers have mentioned there is no lounge to sit on and you have to sit on dining room chairs which does get uncomfortable after a while. The building is in a back paddock behind other buildings and very hard to find. However you can park your car there if it is a small car as it’s very narrow to drive in. Unfortunately I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it.

The location was great - right next to the Roman Forum. Easy to get everywhere but also off the main path so it the apartment was quiet. Communication with our host was easy and he organized a cab for us to get to the apt from the airport.

Owner was very responsive to requests. Apartment well equipped. (Having Beach towels would be a nice thing to add). Location very central

No real view as between two buildings. But deck was a nice place to have coffee in morning.

The location for the major sites of Zadar was only a short walk away. The apartment had two double bedrooms, a hallway, a kitchen diner and a bathroom. It was clean, spacious and stylishly decorated. There was also of plenty of utensils, cutlery, and crockery etc. Also as well as a cooker, fridge freezer and kettle, there was a washing machine, which proved especially useful. The apartment itself looked very secure.

Nothing really. If ultra I was to nitpick though, it could be said that the view from the apartment wasn't particularly good.

The location is excellent, very close to all the places you want to visit (sea organ, seashore, old town & square, shops, restaurants, 20min walking to Kolovare beach). The facilities were great (everything you needed in an apartment, felt like home). The check-in and out were easy and prompt and the owner was very kind and helpful.
