"A really solid accommodation in the heart of the old town"

The apartment is in the city center, on the first floor of an older building. The apartment is clean and cosy, very well equipped with some classic furniture as well. We haven't met the owner, but check-in / check-out went smooth. Parking available outside the old town (closest one around 500 m), but at least all sights are near. All in all, it is a very nice place to stay, definitely recommended.

We got breakfast coupons to a restaurant nearby. In October, it opens at 9 AM, so if you wish to have breakfast on your last day, it's not really possible to check out until 10 AM, unless you bring your suitcases with you.

"Lovely Apartment for sighseeing and restaurants."

A lovely apartment very near the sea and a small cafe. No sea view. Very close to sightseeing, the organ, churches and restaurants. 2 bedrooms (one is the lounge). A separate dining area with kitchen. Very comfy beds and good quality fittings. 2 small balconies. Owner organised a very efficient taxi pick up and return to the airport. Good instructions on finding it. basic provisions provided and a bonus bottle of wine.

There is no lift, but its first floor. We knew that.

"Will return"

Location was perfect. Lovely extras such as wine sweets and other things. Would recommend this. One of the best holidays we have had as Zadar is an amazing place. We were able to get in earlier so this was much appreciated.

Only thing was I didt feel it was the type of balcony to sit at. Not anything that anyone can do about that. It's a perfect apartment.
