The apartment is located in an old building and it doesn’t have the best entrance.

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment in Zagreb. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. The apartment was clean, well ventilated, and the bed was very comfortable. The location is perfect, within walking distance of most major tourist attractions. We were very happy to stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Zagreb.

Great, clean apartment with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location is very central, with many places within walking distance, which made getting around really easy. The staff were especially helpful, always kind, responsive, and quick to assist with anything we needed.

The mattress was on the firmer side, which didn’t suit our preference, but it would be fine for anyone who prefers a firmer bed.

The only good thing about this property is its location. Otherwise, I do not recommend.

The windows in the apartment do not close all the way, so you can hear the street noise as if you're sleeping on the street. The first night was okay since we arrived very late and were exhausted, but the next two nights were sleepless, so we decided to cut our stay short. If the host had shown that he cared about his guests, it may not have come to this, but when I asked if he could just come to the apartment to have a look at the windows, he got defensive and accused me of being a harsh critic (We stayed in over 20 places in Croatia, and this was the first time we experienced something like this), even though I have a video of the window not being able to close fully. And you can feel the draft, aka propuh. To live up to my so-called reputation of being a harsh critic, here are more facts: The entrance to the apartment is very sketchy and smelly, and you have to use 4 different keys for 4 different doors to access the apartment. The bed was okay, but the pillows are tiny and uncomfortable. The kitchen is poorly equipped - only 2 spoons, 2 forks, etc. The shower head is too small for the water pressure. The towel holder is falling apart.
