Umag Romantic Apartment

Super ausgestattetes Apartment - selten ein so gut ausgestattetes Apartment gehabt. Schlafsofa auch wirklich bequem. Kurze Wege in die Stadt, an den Strand und zu DM, Konzum usw. Unsere Hündin durfte kostenfrei mit :) Man liest ja, dass es klein ist - ich persönlich hätte es aber kleiner erwartet und war positiv überrascht. Super freundliche Besitzerin.

Einzig der Balkon ist kein offener Balkon, sondern eher ein Wintergarten. Zudem große Baustelle neben dem Apartment. Zwar kein Lärm, aber die offiziellen kostenfreien Parkplätze sind dadurch gesperrt, wofür aber niemand was kann und man findet in der näheren Umgebung immer i-wo einen Platz (wir waren in der ersten Pfingstwoche)

Das Appartement war sehr gut ausgestattet, es hat tatsächlich an nichts gefehlt.

Das Badezimmer war sehr, sehr klein und eng, trotzdem würde ich deshalb keinen Komfortpunkt abziehen.

Apartment was quite clean and close to the sea, city center and groceries. Communicatikn with the owner was very good and rather prompt.

Apartment had small kitchen and small bathroom with no window or ventilation and extremely small shower. Whole place had 2 windows - one approx. 30x30 cm in bedroom facing a roundabout, second one was big, actually where balcony / smoking area was. The blanket on the couch smelled weird, internet signal was very weak, one could potentially send email not more. The apartment door could use some refurnishing and there was a whole between door-case and upper part of the door. Common space (entry to the building and staircase) was quite dirty, did not create a positive first impression. We left the place after few hours when we realized we made a wrong choice.

Het appartement zelf, de ligging en het leuke contact met de host. Het appartement was van alle gemakken voorzien en goed ingedeeld.

Het appartement was heel gehorig en de douche was klein voor grote mensen.

Vybavenie bytu ako doma, pohodlná posteľ,poloha parádna. Nieje čo vytknúť. Za tie peniaze ozaj super.

War sehr schön kurzer weg in die Altstadt.

Da das appartement in einem Mietshaus ist roch es nach Rauch und katzenurin. Regenschirm und Eimer sollten ausgetauscht werden.
