Clean , rehab, and good location

Main entrance situation

Nice view to the beach and great location. Close to the center, port and supermarkets. We were able to enter 1 hr in advance which was very good :) Well equipped.

The shower was broken . It didnt stay fixed at one place so we had to use it manually. Quite uncomfortable. The apartment has AC, but in the upper floor it was quite hot all the time although we kept the AC on. This was quite bad for the 2 people sleeping in the lower floor since the air came very straight to them (we moved the swing but anyway) and the ones sleeping upstairs were hot at night. We asked to leave the luggage somewhere in the building since our ferry departed at 13hs and we were not allowed to do it. This was weird and quite unkind, but ok..

L'emplacement est excellent avec une superbe vue. C'est le seul point positif.

Tout le reste: - on a l'impression que les travaux pour l'aménagement de l'appartement ont été fait par un amateur et non un professionnel. L'idée de base est bonne mais les finitions sont terribles et pas du tout au niveau. - la maintenance laisse vraiment à désirer. - la chambre du haut, en sous-pente, est posée sur un sol de planches madriers mal posées, et très très grincantes. - la fenêtre de toit de cette chambre en sous-pente est recouverte par un plastique noir (aucun rideaux). - les matelas ne sont pas du tout confortables. - certaines serviettes de bain étaient sales ou bien très mal lavées. - sur les 2 poêles mises à disposition, une n'était pas adaptée à une plaque chauffante électrique, et l'autre était hors d'usage! - l'éclairage du balcon de fonctionnait pas. - la hotte de la cuisine est posée mais n'est pas fonctionnelle. - les odeurs qui remontaient des restaurants en bas, étaient désagréables. - pour entrer dans l'appartement il faut passer par une arrière-cour où les poubelles, de restaurants, sont entreposées.

The view

The place needs better maintenance and a serious refreshing. Strong smell on the balcony from the restaurant below. Noisy, hearing neighbors next door. Not the best mattresses either, I left with severe lower back pain.

Great views from terrace. Walkable to Port. Washing machine was a bonus. Beds are comfortable.

Upstairs bedroom could benefit from an A/C unit. Floors were very squeaky upstairs.

Great apartment overlooking a beautiful bay. We rented 2 apartments for 5 people which was very convenient. The apartments are on the smaller side but have everything you need. There is a large bed upstairs in a loft and a large bed downstairs in the living area. The deck was great to spend time overlooking the beautiful bay. There are a couple of casual restaurants below and across from the apartment but we didn't hear any noise. The restaurants looked great. There is also a nice grocery store a block away. The walk from the main town of Hvar and the ferry is flat, takes about 10-15 minutes and passes small beaches, a church and a few restaurants. It was a very easy and convenient walk. No stairs or hills! The walk felt very safe late at night. We would definitely stay again.

It was a little difficult finding the entrance which is up a small hill behind the pizza restaurant. The entrance wasn't all that great passing trash cans and other people's laundry - this is a building where people live full time. Once you are in the apartment you won't notice any of this though.

The location was great

The smell from the bathroom was a little unpleasant.
