Great apartment. Great view

The most beautiful view, and lovely outdoor space were we spent our early morning and late nights. Wonderful host who accommodated late check out.

Loved it all!

Landlord communicates well. Near groceries and by the water. Quieter side of the island and not in the party loud area.

A/C does not work on the room upstairs and it’s really hot on summer time. Shower head needs to be fixed.

Location was great to town. Host was very helpful, washer and drying racks very helpful.

Overpriced not good value for money, hot water switch needs fixing properly, squeaky floorboards upstairs, unappealing and dirty ground floor entrance entrance area

Very beautiful view /outlook and proximity to restaurants and to the old town. Spacious rooms and bathroom.

Decor was quite tired in places (paint chipped away), some loose tile plaster in bathrooms . There was a very bad smell in the bathroom - appears that the drain needs cleaning. We kept the door shut to the bathroom due to this smell. When we arrived there was a pile of sheets / duvet outside the front door and a black rubbish bag on the steps up (assuming this had been left behind by the cleaner) both of which were not removed until the following afternoon. The outdoor furniture had not been wiped down and there was a big puddle of water on the patio from the rain, that had not been mopped up. There is an air conditioner but please be aware that it does get very hot upstairs and there is no opening window. Downstairs is a large double door to the balcony but further back in the kitchen /dining area it is a little dark and we felt the need to keep the lights on because of that.

Apartment was in a good location - 5-10 minutes walking to Hvar downtown. Kitchen cutlery was complete, there were enough towells for bath but not for the beach.

It wasn't the same as the pictures and the main concern is that air conditioner needed to be stronger - the second floor was not freezing as expected, it was too hot to sleep and we had to switch beds along the days in the first floor.

Nothing

It was not clean, it smelled, things where dirty and the ac did not work properly. The service was quite bad as well, bad response in app and no service, only a key outside the door in a lock box, which were also not informed so we stood outside waiting for quite a while.
