The instructions for the location were excellent. I would maybe just add that the entry door is on the side of the building as initially we could not find it.

The drainage whilst having a shower was poor and seemed to wet a lot of the bathroom floor.

Getting the clearance to check in was stressful because alot of info was needed at the last minute while we were traveling. It would be better to ask for the names and passport info earlier or tell us where to meet to check in and give that info.

The flat and the view. It was such a nice place to relax and have a lovely dinner while watching the old town of Zadar.

Nothing really

The modern penthouse with the views were absolutely amazing 🤩 We went at Easter and we enjoyed sunbathing in the morning on the balcony drinking the lovely Monte coffee that the owner provided ! such a nice touch. Tea bags are provided too with lots of different teas which we enjoyed. Good cutlery and glasses are provide too. We enjoyed a couple of meals in overlooking the harbour and drinking wine on the over balcony overlooking the sunset 🌅 We went as a couple so it meant that me the female of us had the other bedroom to myself to put all my clothes and makeup etc in there. Very handy. The walk into the old town is so easy ( just go over the bridge ). Just a note to anyone that is stopping with children, if you feel the cold you will have to ask for extra duvets and pillow’s because there were none in the cupboard, however because they knew that there was only the two of us I’m sure that they didn’t have extra in the cupboard because of course we could take them from the beds.

The location and the view were just perfect. The apartment has everything you need with fully equipped kitchen.

Amazing wonderful property - clear and precise instructions for self check in.. beautifully decorated with all the amenities - comfortable clean rooms and the most wonderful view of Zadar from the top floor of this property.. Free parking in front of property with a supermarket and restaurant just below.. we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Nothing really.. Everything was above expectation

Beautiful apartment ideally located close to the bridge across to the old town. Great views of the harbour from the 10th floor balconies. Nice modern apartment with everything one would need for a short stay. Highly recommended.

The common areas in the apartment block were a little tired looking but we noticed some painting being done on our 10th floor level.so perhaps this will continue throughout the building.

Awesome location in the heart of town with 2 balconies. Elevator to the top floor means no hauling suitcases up stairs. Free parking available nearby.
